This role is to work as part of an Engineering team. 

Qualifications

·       The candidate should possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Preferably masters and working towards chartership

·       Experience on Indian and International Building Projects

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of a portfolio of jobs as Project Manager in conjunction with a Project Director.  On some projects, provide the principal contact to clients as Project Director with only mentoring support from a director.

·   Prepare schemes and produce design philosophy on projects

·   Ability to manage team of talented young engineers and BIM technicians.

·   Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project.

·       Be able to motivate and lead multidisciplinary professional teams to deliver client solutions.

·       Be commercially astute.

·       Be experienced and competent at

1.     Presenting to clients

2.     Preparing client/project proposals

3.     Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible.

4.     Constructing project teams from internal and external resources

5.     Procuring project resources

6.     Planning projects

Key Skills

Be champions in their specialist field.
 Be able to present to and advise clients on all engineering issues including concept design,
buildability, construction techniques, detailed design, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim
assessment.
Prepare drawings, calculations & models. Review documents prepared by subordinates. Promote technical excellence in all our projects
Have detailed knowledge and be competent in the design and delivery of internal training. 

Qualification /Company Role / Key Competencies
B.E./ B.Tech- Preferred from Structural Engineering with working in
India, and Middle East markets
Projects. Experience in High-rise Towers, shopping malls, Commercial Space & Retrofit projects.

Diplôme(s) demandé(s) : Diplôme d'ingénieur

Expérience demandée : Au moins 10 ans
