Purpose of the position :
Within the lead Project Management team:
Being responsible of the scheduling function for the VINCI Consortium
Coordinating and coaches the Consortium member's own scheduler
Single point of contact for the main Consortium leader scheduler
Planning procedures (planning & scheduling, progress monitoring, WBS, project calendar, ..)
Planning setup (structures, codes, tasks identification, duration & logic, contractual / financial milestones, critical path method)
Updating baseline from time to time
Progress tool setup (progress based on deliverables issue, on particular steps, on physical progress such as quantities, on elapsed time, on spent manhours / costs, S-curve, task weighting methodology ..)
Planning & Progress controlling (periodic update of schedule, cut-off date, analysis of delays / critical path and subcritical paths, look ahead plannings, alert notices, action plans follow-up, analysis of actual man-hours and actual quantities vs progress, leads the project schedule meetings).
Monthly/weekly Reporting
Ensuring correct integration of VINCI schedule into the main Consortium schedule
Academic qualifications / work experience / skills
Primavera P6 + Office suite.
Schedule manager experience on an EPC project (Ideally O&G or Power Generation projects >50m€) > 5 years
Capacity to interact with different stakeholders levels (client, partners, subcontractors)
Process oriented – capacity to define and implement robust processes
