Specific Responsibilities :
Conduct feasibility investigations and conceptual design engineering for projects to develop refined project scopes and construction cost estimates.
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and other necessary documentation to support project evaluations.
Develop detailed business cases, including financial models, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
Ensure that business cases are aligned with strategic objectives and provide value to the organization.
Evaluate project proposals and provide recommendations based on technical and financial assessments.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project viability, including executive summaries and detailed analysis.
Develop RFPs and manage the tendering process for various projects.
Assist in the evaluation of tenders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and organizational standards.
Engage with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, finance teams, and external consultants, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project requirements, progress, and outcomes.
Monitor the progress and performance of projects against established benchmarks and KPIs.
Identify and recommend corrective actions to address any deviations from project plans.
Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.
Maintain records of project approvals, permits, and other relevant documents.
Skills / Competencies :
Minimum of 08 years of experience in project management, business case development, or engineering within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management and financial analysis software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and technical reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related issues.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Education/Degree (or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
